Insurance Process
We know that planning for the 'what ifs' is not an easy conversation. At the end of the day, you just want to make sure that those you care about are taken care of. That is why we take our job as Insurance Specialists very seriously as there is no room for error when protecting your loved ones or your business. Our goal is to make the insurance process as easy as possible while still giving you confidence that you made an informed decision.

Step #1
Perform a Needs Analysis
In the first step, we will gather information from you in an effort to determine your insurance needs. After we have gathered all of the necessary information, we will perform an analysis to determine your insurance needs. This will help us determine the amount of coverage you need and the period of time for which you need to be covered.
Step #3
Develop & Present Insurance Proposal
Once we have determined which insurance products will offer you the greatest overall value, we will develop an insurance proposal and present you with our professional recommendation. In an effort to make sure that you are fully informed, we will also provide you with a breakdown of the next best alternative and the reason why we recommend otherwise.
Step #4
Review Your Proposal
In this step, we want you to take time to review your proposal before making any decisions. We would be happy to review your options with you and answer any of your questions so that you have full confidence when making a decision. Once you feel confident that you have made an informed decision, we can move forward to the next step.
Step #5
Complete Insurance Application
With your help, we will complete all necessary insurance applications. Each application can take approximately 20 to 45 minutes to complete. Once each application is finished, the insurance company and their respective underwriting department will get to work in deciding whether to approve your application or not. It is common that in the underwriting process, the insurance company may request you to complete a paramedical exam. These exams are usually completed fairly quickly and can be done in the comfort of your own home. If approved, each policy will be issued and can be reviewed with one of our Insurance Specialists.
Step #6
Monitor & Review Your Insurance Plan
Life happens and plans change. That is why it is important to remember that these plans are not set in stone and are meant to be monitored, reviewed and changed as you move forward in life. With new obstacles come new opportunities, which is why we are committed to supporting you in your journey through life.
